It’s that time of year again!
The Society’s Annual General Meeting will be held online, via ZOOM, on May 31st, 2021, at 7:30pm. With so much to look back on, and even more to look forward to, we would love to have you join us!
A summary of the AGM package, including all the related information and updates, can be found here. We will also be mailing out the package to those who do not have an email address. If you would like a full version of the 2020 Audited Financials, please reach out and we can get them to you.
While we would prefer to meet in person and fellowship together, the virtual AGM will have to suffice for this year. In order to facilitate access for everyone to participate, including our seniors, we will hold the ZOOM meeting online, but also provide the ability for members to call in.
On the evening of May 31st, use one of the following two options to participate:

2. Call 1-587-328-1099, and enter the Meeting ID number provided to you in the AGM package.
