With the limits on gatherings and our overall risk-averse approach still in place for the foreseeable future, we do need to
address the need for an Annual General Meeting to meet our legal requirements for the election of Board members and
presentation of financial information. Instead of our typical in-person meeting at Trinity CRC, and to ensure that our
entire membership has the opportunity to receive the same information and participate, we will communicate through
a written document package distributed to all Society members.
We invite you to vote via proxy for the needed Board member representation, and ask questions.
After the information is distributed, we will gather any feedback and/or questions via phone or email and communicate
the answers with the entire membership.
